Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Thank you for choosing ISKCON Kukatpally Matrimony. Please note that payments made for membership plans (Gold, Diamond, Platinum, etc.) are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once a plan is activated, the service is considered consumed as you gain immediate access to premium features such as viewing contact details and sending messages.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered by the administration only in the following specific cases:

• Double Payment: If a transaction was charged more than once due to a technical glitch. In such cases, the excess amount will be refunded.
• Technical Failure: If payment was deducted but the membership was not activated due to a technical error on our end, and we are unable to rectify it within a reasonable time.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your profile registration at any time by deleting your account from the 'Settings' page. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription term.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved based on the criteria above, the amount will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) used during the transaction.
